BEFORE YOU START
No. These pilots prepare Gmail drafts. You review, edit and send them yourself. Quote follow-up and onboarding actions run from the tracker’s RoutineCove menu. The lead due queue refreshes hourly; the business dashboard refreshes from the menu.
A Google account with Gmail, Forms and Sheets, permission to authorize the script, and one person to review drafts and maintain statuses. Your account must allow Apps Script. We check suitability before invoicing.
Tested in RoutineCove’s Google account with sample inquiries and quotes, including draft creation and onboarding tasks. Each client installation still needs its own acceptance test. These are pilot services; no customer results or revenue gains are promised.
Automatic sending, payment collection inside the workflow, e-signatures, calendar booking, data migration and ongoing monitoring aren’t included. Accepted quote totals are proposals, not collected revenue.
